Dolly Parton’s meager childhood home was wallpapered with newspapers from the day. My formidable challenge as to create original newspapers, catalogs and magazines from the 1950’s to recreate the magic of her Sevier county cabin, as seen in the model at Dollywood. I designed graphics, props, vintage signage, and displays for 1955 Sevier County, TN sets, and was responsible for all visual communication seen and displayed in the “Coat of Many Colors” world.
